A difficult part of life is having to say goodbye to those we love. It may only be temporary before we meet again in a different realm but to let them go always takes part of us with them. It's in these times of grief we struggle to make sense of it all, to ease the pain, to let go of the anger and to make it through each minute, hour and day.
It's life affirming to go outside and feel the sunshine, put our hands into the earth and plant seeds. It's a time to gather our loved ones close and tell them how much we love them. It's time to grab as much life and love as we can while we are here and know that living our best lives is what we are meant to do while visiting this planet.
